VHS is amazing. The cover art, the video trailers before the film and some of the giveaways they advertised before the main feature. So many good memories. I own catalogues that distributors used to send out and lots of origial video store memorabilia. Happier times in my life.

You are correct though. Just collecting Blu Ray and 4K can be overwhelming/expensive and I am rapidly running out of space myself.

I just got done watching Blood Hunter... the shots where Jack Shrum aka Viktor is looking directly into the camera into my soul... yeah that shit was hilarious
