Another thing I forgot to mention - inflation.

Everything globally is going up so this is another factor.

It's entirely possible that their customer service person is not informed or doesn't know what is going on but that seems to imply that the blurays disappearing might just be a temporary thing?
I suspect that their call centre is WAY OFF SHORE - I think South Africa.

And much like any service hub - they just get spoon-fed garbage to respond with.

I have heard from a friend in the UK that due to the Royal Mail's recent cyberattack, all non-UK packages are being turned away for the present.

Eureka told me that international deliveries from the UK are heavily delayed and I have four titles pre-ordered from them, one of which, was released over a week ago.

I could only read part of it and most likely the reason for zavvi to do what they did hopefully it’s fixed soon.
The uk is slowing falling apart glad I’m not there anymore

Are there really two versions of Bumblebee available in Australia with different ratings (PG & M)?

Nah, both the same cut version. The M was only there for the extras on the BD so the 4K-only version is PG because it lacks those.

Not quite. Probably the same master, but it has a TrueHD track along with the DTS-HD one, instead of the lossy stereo option on the US disc.

Thanks. I didn't spot that as I was focussing on the PQ and noticed the slight difference in bit rate. I wonder if it is the same encode buth with different audio options.

A week after the cyberattack happened, I bought 10 movies from Network during their sale and was expecting to have to wait it out... The order shipped 2 days later on the 21st of January, and I received it here in Sydney on the 27th of January... Must've been the luck of the Irish!

Yeah could be the Aussie one throttled the video rate slightly to accomodate the extra lossless 5.1 track, which presumably would take up more space than two lossy stereo tracks. But if it's PQ/video bitrate you're concerned with, the UK version is the BD option with the highest bitrate (27 Mbps) if you don't want to shell out for the US 4K release. Even though the UK disc has four additional DTS dub tracks and two Audio Descriptive options on it, so either the English track is at lower bitrate or the US and Aussie discs don't even utilize the full disc capacity.
