That was 101 Films.

I traded in the original copy of Alien Nation at CEX after I got the replacement and got £3 back

As for Seeding Of A Ghost, I hope they come to their senses about replacements

That would be 101 then, as 88 came first and their name comes from 88mp/h from Back to the Future. They used to have a slogan or something about it, like going back to classics or something like that.

101 just popped up about a year after with random cheap blu Rays and DVDs of cult titles and other cheapies

there's a review on there (from a verified purchase) that states the audio was wrong on their disc.

ok. wonder, then, if it take multiple reports to cause a product to be removed from sale? if it's one person's report, or sporadic reports, it's potentially no different to any general flow of unsatisfactory orders being sent back.

Not at all. 101 did that god awful release of I Spit On Your Grave years ago long before 88 emerged.

My order has arrived - Frogs and The Dead Next Door both have slips. Once Upon a Crime does not, but the entry on this site does not mention a slipcase for that release.
