I want to commend 88 Films on an excellent release of Porky's Revenge. I already owned the Region A Kino release but I was interested in 88's Kim Newman interview. Kim didn't disappoint and the Wendy Feign was very interesting. She seems very sweet and provides some intriguing insight into the other actors. I also appreciate how the slipcase artwork was not used as one the covers in the case, so we are given three different cover arts to enjoy. I enjoyed the film more than expected as well. Here's hoping 88 Films is rewarded with sales worthy of such a fine release.

I'm holding off on Porky's Revenge, only because I really want Porky's II. If 88 or another UK label doesn't announce it however, I'm just gonna go for the Kino release.

As arrow did the first and 88 did the third I reckon it's up to Eureka to release the second

It's deader than dead around here. Nobody's even talking about the latest batch of titles. I ordered all 3 (Night of the Demons 2, Green Inferno and the crappy cannibal flick whose title I forget) and Green Inferno is the only one I'm really interested in checking out. Already own a copy of the Olive edition of NOTD 2 but I couldn't resist that slip. But, yeah, these guys need a fresh infusion of new stuff. More slashers, especially.

I was disappointed that Candyman 2 will no longer be part of the slasher collection.

I'm quite glad tbh, would rather just get individual releases from now on outside of the line. Would still love some reversible art for most of the collection so I dont have those generic red spines on my shelf.

Probably in the minority with this though.

88 Films to release Anaconda?! I’m hyped. Let’s hope we get some special features on this for the first time

Id also buy that if 88 Films put it out (assuming it would be region free).

I mean if they just put out a set with all 4 I guess i'll get that. I have the German release of the first movie but I can give that to charity.

I have no real desire to own 3 & 4. Already have the first so would just like the second on BD. Ill probably pick up the DVD soon though just to have it until a BD comes along.

Oh yes I'm not fussed about 3 and 4 either, I just mean if they were to only issue them as a 4 pack.

My copies of Cannibal Terror and Green Inferno arrived yesterday. I also have A Black Veil for Lisa on it's way to me (with slip).

Need to order some more Jackie Chans, Candyman 2 and NOTD2.

Cannibal Terror is such an awful film but the PQ is so good on this disc it makes you keep watching. But, boy, the ineptitude on display here is astounding. Green Inferno is another type of inept. It's a better type, slightly less grating but amusing enough to be entertaining. Another winner in the PQ. 88 is scraping the bottom of the barrel but, by God, the restorations are amazing.
