+1. Solange is one of my favourites. We also need more Edwige Fenech on blu...I couldn't bring myself to buy Strip Nude for Your Killer, as it's such a terrible film.

I hated Edwige's hairstyle in that film.

Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh would be an absolute must on bluray as well.

but shameless released them on DVD recently and HOTEOTP is still cut in UK

I can see maybe two of those getting through the BBFC unscathed. Animal violence and hard core pornography would make these a no no.

There are quite a few instances of hard core porn getting through at 18 but the films usually have a bit more artistic merit than the films mentioned.
Would the horse scene for Emmanuelle in America be a problem? I had the BU dvd and I recall it being quite mild to what I was expecting

I very much doubt the horse scene would be passed or the hardcore or the snuff footage for that matter. As for Porno Holocaust this could be R18 material. More bump and grind than horror. I prefer Erotic Nights Of The Living Dead which actually has a fairly atmospheric finalé. Out of the cannibal film I really enjoy Mountain Of The Cannibal God and would love a BD but again animal cruelty will be an issue and also the directors cut footage found on the Blue Underground and EC DVDs definatly wouldn't pass. I'm holding out for a Blue Underground BD in the foreseeable future.

I would agree with you on animal stuff being cut but I think other stuff may be left Uncut
Emanuelle and Last Cannibals has been confirmed to being released
and last time it was released here on DVD it was cut 1m58s
so if it get's through some of the others might aswell
they have passed Cannibal Holocaust Uncut except for animal stuff
also they passed Nekromantik, Salo, The Beast, Immoral Tales, various Tinto Brass releases all uncut
just need to wait and see what happens with Emanuelle and Last Cannibals

I wish 88 Films could release all the Black Emanuelle films on bluray. But i think the BBFC will have to expand their guidelines a bit more yet.
Emanuelle in America was heavily cut as recent as 2011.

The BBFC will cut horsefalls in westerns yet they leave the turtle scene in Cannibal Holocaust and I was surprised to see that Nekromantik appears to include a genuine rabbit killing which was purely for the purpose of shooting the scene so how does the BBFC justify this?
