I might buy it as well. Their other offerings so far have been a bit too DIY for me, not that Night Train to Terror is exactly Gone with the Wind. Judging by the reviews, Vinegar Syndrome do excellent work, so it should at least look good.

Would they let me live there? I could earn my keep by dusting off dessicated Let My Puppets Come reels and putting John Carradine posters in chronological order.

Although they don't have all of the pictured titles, they do have many.

They recently teased having a "couple obscure bigfoot films"...

And I noticed that there is a poster for a pretty "obscure bigfoot film" in that series of pictures. Maybe it's one of them??

Watched Punk Vacation the weekend before last. First time seeing the film and I liked it. The blu-ray a/v quality was nice. It's a bit odd that the film starts out so serious then the sheriff (who is the very definition of the 'Merica meme) pops in and is a cornball character. They actually tried to make the punks more three dimensional people though, they weren't just some Death Wish/70's-80's vigilante film punks that were all evil.

Looked at that page with their vaults, they sure do have a lot of old porno flicks; that seemed to be the glut of that presentation.

I'm glad Hans Klopek got out of The Burbs and found a job.

They do seem to like those soft-core (spliced in with hardcore ) movies. Lol.

They do present even the lowest of class films with amazing new 2k transfers and they look really good. Like Oriental Blue and Wendy's Palace.

But their blu-rays... Just WOW!

Troma?! Oy vey! VS have a whole warehouse of vintage, obscure, genuine grindhouse films from the 60s through the 80s to choose from, and they pick the intentionally inept, desultory droppings of faux-gonzo charlatan hucksters Troma to partner up with? What a complete waste! Let Troma themselves con people into buying their juvenile, home-made, and straight-to-video trash, and focus instead on restoring and releasing real movies that actually have some value - aesthetic, cultural, or both.

For the record, I called Cry Wilderness!

I remember it from foxfamily, I believe, before they became abcfamily.

And I hope they got The Children and Graduation Day!

I agree with you.

I have a few Troma releases and I enjoy them for what they are. But Vinegar Syndrome has some truly wonderful and obscure semi-lost films. I watched GOOD LUCK MISS WYCKOFF last night.

Troma is clearly several notches below Vinegar Syndrome. There's no honor in partnering up with someone who is beneath you.

Have no fear because none of the Troma self-produced flicks are involved in this deal. Vinegar Syndrome is strictly handling titles that Troma have acquired which is a nice sum that should be ripe for release.

Do you know what films Troma has acquired? I agree that their self-produced stuff sucks.

GOOD LUCK MISS WYCKOFF was quite a bit better than I was expecting and Vinegar Syndrome did a great job with it.
