Default Halloween: The Complete Collection (1978-2009)

Halloween: The Complete Collection Blu-ray 10-disc

Halloween: The Complete Collection Limited Deluxe Edition Blu-ray 15-disc

Frequently Asked Questions - Please read before posting a question

Is the Deluxe Set limited to only 500 copies?
No. The only set that is limited to 500 copies is the Deluxe Set WITH a lithograph that is sold exclusively through Shout Factory's website. The lithographs are now sold out.

What does the lithograph look like?
The artwork will be revealed within the next few months.

What are the differences between the standard boxset and the deluxe boxset?
The standard boxset has theatrical versions of all 10 films on 10 Blu-ray discs. It is unknown if the standard boxset will have any bonus features.
The deluxe boxset has 15 discs including theatrical versions of all 10 films. The extra 5 discs will include Halloween: TV Cut, Halloween II: TV Cut, Halloween 6: Producer's Cut, unrated versions of Rob Zombie's Halloween films, and exclusive never-before-seen bonus features.

What region code will the discs be in?
Region A.

Will each movie be in it's own case?
Yes. Each film will be housed in a standard size black Blu-ray case featuring original poster artwork as the cover.

Will the Blu-ray cases be thin or standard size cases?
Standard size. This has been confirmed by Shout Factory via Facebook.

Is the artwork on Blu-ray.com the actual cover of the Deluxe Box Set?
No. It is a poor fanmade cover that was uploaded temporarily until the official artwork is revealed in June.

Is the box set released by Anchor Bay or Shout Factory?
Anchor Bay will primarily be releasing the box sets. Shout Factory will be in charge of the special features for the release.

When will the official artwork be revealed?
June.

When will all of the bonus features be announced?
Shout Factory announced that they will reveal all features within the next few months.

Will Halloween be extended with the TV scenes added in or will the versions be separated?
Unconfirmed. However, plan on the TV cut being on a separate disc.

Will the TV Cut of Halloween be in HD and on Blu-ray?
Unconfirmed. Supposedly, the TV scenes were shot on film which makes it possible for a full 1080P transfer to be created.

Will Halloween have the original mono track?
Yes. It will feature the ORIGINAL mono track and not the "mixed" version from the 35th Anniversary Edition.

Is the TV Cut of Halloween II going to be in HD and on Blu-ray?
No. Shout Factory confirmed that this version will be pressed on a DVD in SD.

Will Halloween 6, H20 and Halloween 8 have new remastered transfers different from the Echo Bridge releases?
Unconfirmed. However, Shout Factory has been known to be very detail oriented on their Blu-ray transfers from previous releases so it is safe to assume that they will do their own remaster of all 3 films.

Will the Deluxe Set come with the Producer's Cut of Halloween 6?
Yes.

Will Halloween 6: The Producer's Cut be in HD?
Yes. A crew member confirmed that it will definitely be pressed on Blu-ray.

Will this set include the H20 audio commentary by Steve Miner and Jamie Lee Curtis?
Unconfirmed.

Was there an audio commentary even recorded for H20 that was supposed to appear on the DVD?
Yes, Steve Miner confirmed this at H35. It was left off for unknown reasons.

Will the box set have the theatrical versions of both Rob Zombie's Halloween films?
Yes. The deluxe set will also feature the unrated version of each film.

Will the 4.5 hour documentary from Rob Zombie's Halloween be included?
Yes. Although it is unclear if it will be on a disc by itself or together with one of the versions of the film.

Halloween night - Haddonfield, IL. A young boy butchers his older sister with a kitchen knife. 15 years later, he escapes from a mental institution only to return home and terrorize the town, including babysitter Laurie Strode. Now pursued by Dr. Loomis, the doctor who tried to treat him until he realized that “what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply... evil”. His name is Michael Myers. And so began one of the most iconic horror franchises in history – what producers Moustapha Akkad and Debra Hill, writer/director John Carpenter and stars Jamie Lee Curtis & Donald Pleasence started has spawned 10 feature films and lasted over 35 years. Now, for the first time ever, experience the terror of every Halloween film available together in 1 set! This limited edition deluxe set includes 15 discs jammed with content Halloween fans will love. Brand new, never before seen bonus features including new interviews with cast and crew, commentaries, behind the scenes documentaries, and so much more. Plus, the NEVER BEFORE RELEASED Producer’s Cut of Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers! The set also features both Blu-ray versions of Halloween as well as the Network TV versions of Halloween and Halloween 2. Here it is, the one that started it all – Halloween: The Complete Collection.

If Anchor Bay got the rights to the Miramax films, and if Scream Factory has made a deal with them, I think this may be possible!

Still wondering how they managed to include Rob Zombies Halloween II in this set since it's with Sony who aren't keen on giving other companies rights to distribute titles they own.

This is awesome news!

I already have all of the Halloween films, but I would buy this set just to get the producers cut of Halloween 6.

I can't wait to see the cover art and such. Anchor Bay is supposed to officially announce this on 5/19/2014.

I wonder if H20 will be in its proper aspect ratio this time around, instead of the 1.78:1 on the Echo Bridge release?

If they're putting this much into this set, I'm sure H20 will finally be in its proper aspect ratio.
