You'll be able to buy them individually on their site, this is just a subscription that includes bonuses. I've purchased multiple items from them and they pack their stuff well and ship promptly.

You're also getting a discount similar to the VS subscriber discount too, which I think makes this a nice deal. $225 for 10 titles is an average of $22.50 a title. For their more standard releases, like Blood Guts and Sunshine, I paid $20 with the subscriber discount. But a more premium release like Video Violence was $35. I imagine those UHDs would be priced higher.

Seems like a nice deal if you enjoy the kinds of stuff they've announced here, which I certainly do!

The only major downside for us Canadians and int'l folks is that we'll now be paying extra for shipping and any import fees for each title released in this package. A fellow member here asked them whether they'd be willing to bundle things together once they had a good amount to ship and therefore save us some dough. They're willing to do that for us it seems, so I'll think it over. Maybe by the time they announce the release date for their first non-OCN release, hopefully I'll have made a decision.

It kinda shows how the VS sub model works really well for us here in Canada because it allows us to avoid all the usual headaches with importing and shipping. When those barriers are removed I think a lot of us feel more included and participate more.

Another incentive: no tax! I joined, I'd buy them all anyway.

Since they're doing Santa Claws they should also do Scream Queens' Naked Christmas since some of the footage was in it. Even an SD extra would be nice.

$225 for 10 releases is $22.50 each and as a sub I’m paying $20 each from VS outside of Video Violence. Shipping is already baked in with a VS subscription it’s just better to go with VS

You won't be able to. They're no longer a partner label.

The price seems fair considering only 2 of their releases were under $20 IF you were a subscriber and none of those were a UHD. And Terror Vision's sub also had no tax whereas VS is now charging me that.

In the end, it likely works out to paying what I would for all 10 releases if they released them through VS next year and used my sub discount. Maybe saving some money slightly.

Terror Vision's output has been fairly random so far (at least from my perspective) so I'll just keep buying them piecemeal. If this were Culture Shock or Saturn's Core, I'd subscribe right away, but Terror Vision as a video label doesn't have enough of an identity based on their OCN output. (Then again, Culture Shock put out Deathcember, which I wouldn't watch if you paid me)

The film is owned by Gorilla Pictures.

Does them leaving VS mean they’re also going to lose the special packaging? If the slips are going to end up like shout or Kino it’s quite the downgrade

I’d wager no. Even Severin is now using the same slip design as VS, and they’re actually doing a wonderful job on their latest slips. I’d also expect Brad to ensure they keep the same slip design, too.

I'm in Canada, and purchased the 10-title subscription yesterday. There was an added shipping charge ($15 USD), which itself seemed reasonable enough. Remains to be seen what this looks like in practice (will I get hit with import fees?) but I'll reserve judgment until the first title arrives.

Not into paying a premium for SD or lower res content on a blu ray disc. I buy 4k and blu content specifically for HD or higher rez. May as well watch a VHS, DVD, or Tubiesque stream.

They charge int’l customers shipping per shipment, as specified on both of their two audio subscription pages. They probably forgot to add that info to this one. The $15 probably covers the first shipment.

It would be worth contacting them to make sure whether what I’m saying is true.
