Bummed that I can't add titles I'm interested in to my monthly VS package that's already shipping.

Not unless you give it a slipcover.

I appreciate when companies jam packed SOV blus with extras, like Saturn's Core usually has multiple films included.

Saturn's Core does great work especially with their WAVE stuff.

Horror Workout is on blu-ray.

It was (a great) extra on 88 Film's Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers:

Details on the back cover image on this site.

It does have an audio issue (insanely loud), but even has a commentary. Out of print however.

Will be curious what they might add, but not inclined to double dip without hearing more.

This is included in my 3-disc SE DVD of Santa Claws, so it would be a fairly big miss if they don’t get it for the inaugural release from their new Blu-ray club. Side note: I went to Monroeville, PA a few months ago and Bob Michelucci was having a living estate sale in the space below the Living Dead Museum, and he had one of the claw props the killer used in this movie for sale. I wound up getting the issue of Scream Queens Illustrated that’s featured in this flick (also met director John Russo at Steel City Con that weekend).

Regarding the subscription, I love that you can jump in at any time and just get the next 10 releases. That said, I’d love it if they were eventually organized enough to be able to tell us exactly what is coming, say, at least 3 months ahead with lists of extra features, etc. for each title. Would make joining an easier decision for many.

I have enjoyed everything TV has released, even the documentaries. Paying $225 was a pretty easy decision for all this silly garbage.

The problem for me is too many documentaries and SOVs. Both are not concerns when it comes to VS. I do buy SOVs but I’d rather pick and choose.

I can see that. I'd definitely buy stuff like Santa Claws, but I have to draw the line at The Killer Refrigerator (which is like 15 mins long) being the main draw for one of their releases, which seems to be cobbling together a few other "lost" SOV shorts from the same filmmakers. If the SOV stuff was of the same quality as their Video Violence double feature, that would be another matter.

They showed off the first non OCN release's slipcover on their socials too, and it looks to be exactly the same quality as their previous releases

I already signed up for the yearly Video Club subscription. There's only one TV Blu-ray release that I didn't buy previously when they were with VS, and if there is something I don't really want I can always sell/trade it.

The fact that I won't have to pay an extra $5 shipping charge per month, and not even have to bother ordering the stuff is advantage enough. The T-shirt (and the wholesale discounts) is just icing on the cake.

Default Santa Claws

https://www.terror-vision.com/store/santa-claws-blu-ray

Synopsis:
Quote:
From the co-creator of the horror classic Night of the Living Dead comes a seasonal tale of terror, madness, and murder that will chill you to the bone.

Sexy B-Movie Scream Queen Raven Quinn won’t be having the happiest of holidays this year. Her marriage is falling apart, and Wayne - a quiet next-door neighbor - has developed a macabre obsession for her. As Wayne’s delusional fantasies grow more dangerous and bizarre, he transforms into the most frightening serial killer ever to stalk the streets on a cold winter’s night...Santa Claws! Mercilessly butchering anyone who stands between him and the object of his psychotic desire, the red-suited maniac tracks Raven down to the set of her latest erotic horror movie. Here the grim madness of reality collides head-on with cinematic fantasy in a blood-frenzy of psychopathic mayhem, leading up to a shocking confrontation between Raven and this unstoppable monster that will have you shivering with fear.

Terror Vision is proud to present, for the first time on Blu-ray, a new 4K scan of the original 16mm camera negative to this oddball Christmas extravaganza. Same, for me this was a no brainer as I've purchased most of their library so far. Been buying vinyl from them for years and I have never had a single bad experience with them. If you ask questions, they answer and are accomodating with stuff like removing the vinyl from sleeves to protect them. Even if the sub turns out to be a dud, I'm glad to be able to help support them.
