Google Play does not have an option to remove content. They will grant refunds within the refund period, but otherwise, there is no way to remove content from your Google Play account (I've tried).

They did in 2016 when I originally wrote it, now they don’t have that option. I’m not sure why they removed the feature that set them apart.
