I am dangerously close to buying Spiderman. Newegg had it on sale for $40 until a couple of days ago, and I missed it. Part of me hoped it'd be on sale Black Friday, but Walmart and Best Buy let me down. I am hoping Gamestop comes through, or Target expands their list soon to show what's on sale other than that image with 5 games on it.

PSN dropped to $39.99 for standard and $59.99 for deluxe until 11/26

I'm still waiting for literally everyone but Best Buy since they're the only ones that tell us upfront everything they have on sale. Every time I check the spreadsheet I'm tempted to add AC: Ezio Collection to my list but know nothing about it. Is it worth $15 to buy new?

For PS4? Absolutely. The first game was a standard-setter for the series, and the two sequels are good. For $5/each, you're getting dozens of hours of gametime.

Yep, this! I'll be going for it for sure. Great games that deserve your time. There's a remaster of 3 on the way, and 4 is already on ps4.

No game deals on things I don't already own jumping out at me as must buy this year. I have a few things that are on the maybe list; but I if I remember right a number of games stayed on sale last year for Cyber Monday and Gamer's Club is reactivated for that day which makes the sale way better than the BF prices.

Thinking PSN may also put up a few things I want like in past years; no clue what to expect from Nintendo on the eShop, probably nothing major happening there.

Yeah, and a great deal at that. Actually bought 2 years worth the other day. I remember back in 2013 Gamestop and Best Buy had them for $30, but that was launch year for PS4. I think I bought 3 that year

I'm hoping the Nintendo eshop will have at least some kind of decent sale on Friday, but haven't seen or heard anything yet.

Kinda pissed Xenoblade 2 isnt on sale, really wanted to get some exclusive switch stuff but just seems to not be any deals. This year seems all im getting is PS4 stuff, Nathan Drake collection, Dragon Quest XI, Lost Legacy, and GOW

Xenoblade 2 is going to be $35 at Walmart, that's how I'm planning to pick it up.

The Eshop digital sales are pretty decent IMO. I'm a mostly physical games person so I'm not going overboard, but I did pick up Stick of Truth this morning for $15 since it didn't get a physical Switch release.

I think I bought about as much (PS4) as last year, but yeah, the prices seem a little higher on average for the more recent stuff, like AC Odyssey - another downside to the industry push to get people to switch to their digital-grail. But, I think GCU might have still been working last year for pre-black Friday sales. Either that or I waited until cyber Monday when it was working and just don't remember. Still MUCH better deals than targets B2G1 promo a month ago. I picked up enough to carry me through the winter.

Celeste is an ultra-tough platformer that requires super specific timing. I bought it when it came out because of all the hype and perfect 10's but haven't played it much since, especially after I hit the wrong button and lost a bunch of progress.
