If this gets released on 4K I hope they include an extended version with the TV scenes added in. This movie is too short.

Have you watched the scene of Will talking about his childhood? I personally liked it a lot. It was a nice bonding moment between him and Laurie, and it added depth to his character.

It's during the pumpkin craving scene.

The 1978 version of Laurie's theme is used during this scene. It's a nice touch.

Apart from the mask fiasco, I find H20 to be an amazing sequel.

This is actually the only Halloween movie Iíve seen (saw it in the theater when it came out), mainly due to Michelle Williams. Iíd like to see it again.

I have a strong feeling Scream Factory will announce UHDs of Curse, this film, and Resurrection this year in time for Halloween. We know they have a new deal with Paramount/Miramax given their recent release of Cursed.

I’m not sure if Lionsgate would release the Zombie films on UHD. They haven’t reissued the second film at all since Sony’s rights expired. The first film might still be with Cinedigm since their steelbook is still in print (they inherited home video rights from Genius Products).

Lionsgate released II on DVD last year, theatrical only:

And yeah, 2007 is still with Cinedigm as shown by this re-issue last year as well: https://www.amazon.com/Halloween-Blu-ray-Tyler-Mane/dp/B08STV2Q1C
