Agree! A lot of people will really enjoy your setup on here. Very nice work. I really like the "stealthy" look of the front soundstage.

You have a great room! I love the black and red look in there. Another member, brokenthumb, has his with the same colors, and to me it looks great. I think you did a great job with the room, and your equipment is great. I really like the way you designed the front soundstage area.......nice job!

Hey Youthman,

Nice job on your room. I bet the colors of the room are great for your picture quality.

Do you have a component room or are they behind the front sound stage?

All of my equipment is behind the false wall/cabinet. The left and right side are on hinges that allow me to open them up like doors so I can get to the main speakers.

This is the cabinet before the side panels were installed.

Here is a shot with the door open

In the first photo that I posted, you will see three squares above the screen and three below. The center channel is behind the top center door, the sub is behind the bottom left door, the receiver and PS3 is behind the bottom center door and the bottom right door has my DVD and Bluray collection. I still need to add shelving to the cabinets and finish adding hinges to each door but everything is concealed.

Here is a shot of inside the top section above the screen. There are no dividers up there, just one open space. You can see the RC-64 center channel is angled down towards the listening area.

This is the room before adding the front wall and paint. My original plan was to actually buy a 50" plasma tv but once I measured it out and taped the dimensions to the wall, I immediately realized that was not going to provide me with the "movie experience" I was looking for.
