So, just to confirm, Wild at Heart has been available on BD in the UK for around 18 months, but the current Universal UK BD release contains the film only, with no bonus features included. In contrast to this already released version, however, the upcoming 4th of June Universal UK BD release is expected to include bonus features?

Oh, and should we expect a recycle of the exact same video encode created for the current Universal UK BD of Wild at Heart, as reviewed here?

Which ones would you guys recommend, I won't be able to buy many of them and I've not seen any of them (only Lynch film I've seen is Mulholland Drive, and I really liked it) Rank the films 1-5 best to worst. The only film I'm not interested in is Dune

Never seen Fire Walk With Me or The Straight Story and haven't seen Dune in absolutely ages.

But I really like all of them, and haven't seen some of them in years.

I've still never seen Dune, because for years I've sort of thought of it as not really a Lynch film. At least, that's what I thought when I was powering through the others when I was about 18. But it does seem like I really should watch it one of these days...

I currently have Lost Highway and Twin Peaks from France but kept in the digipack special edition DVD cases because they looked prettier. Will be interested to see if these two are better or worse in terms of the transfers. And as for Blue Velvet, if it doesn't have the deleted scenes I will just import. Perhaps because a different studio is releasing it here and they don't have rights?

Oh Dune is certainly a Lynch film alright. I dont know any other sci-fi films that have as many odd twisted bits as Dune for starters! Dune is a grower too - the more you watch it, the more you like it. In my opinion of course.

Maybe Uni could not get the rights for the deleted scenes of Blue Velvet and Wild at Heart.

Can anyone confirm that Universal blus are region free? Think I'll skip the box and just pre - order the ones not available in the US

I believe all Universal BD's have been region free up to now so I imagine these would be too.

Wild At Heart is my least favourite Lynch probably so, while it would be interesting, for me the deleted scenes aren't a priority. Blue Velvet is another matter altogether.
