Is there a problem with Breaking Bad Season 4 subtitles?

I looked but could not find this anywhere else. Is anyone else annoyed that long sections of Spanish dialogue are not hard subtitled on the new Breaking Bad Season 4 Blu-ray? Is there a way to set up the disc so that subtitles only appear when they are speaking in Spanish. I mean there are a few scenes where only Spanish is spoken for 3 or 4 minutes, and I don't know what they are talking about. I hope this isn't considered a stupid question. Thanks.

Someone posted a fix that has worked for me. During the main menu or during an episode, hit the pop up menu button. Turn on the English subtitles and then turn them back off. Now it should show the subtitles during the scenes with Spanish.
