Vudu login failed?

Has anyone experienced this before? I have been unable to log into vudu for a couple days now, keep getting the message saying "Login failed"

I am in Canada and have never used a proxy to log in, only to stream movies, I have always been able to log in on any device to redeem movies and what not.

I've had this happen before on occasion logging in from an iphone but it always came back up later in the day.

Have you tried using a different browser? Maybe there is a cookie issue?

Or try contacting Vudu n they can reset your password.

I tried resetting the password, I have only tried to access it on my iphone. I will try my ipad after work and maybe have more luck. My work PC has vudu blocked, probably because of me lol

This happened to me a few weeks ago and I still haven't resolved it. I am iTunes first but I like having the option of a UV library as well. Simply put, UV is garbage unless you can access Vudu. I believe they have done this to prevent people like us (non-US residents) from accessing it. You may need to look into something like Unblock-Us.

I use unblock us to watch my Vudu collection on my PS3 to my main TV, but I was always able to log into the website from anywhere anytime regardless of my location.

They updated something on their backend. There's a forum on VUDU discussing it, but yes you now need a us IP to login too

Happen to me first time on my iPhone. I turned off wifi and used 3G worked fine then.

I signed in with my proxy at home no problem, pain in the butt, I hope they don't successfully cut off people outside the US like Netflix seems to have. I use Unblock-Us to access these sites but Netflix no longer works and gives me a message indicating I need to turn off my proxy before continuing.
