Fingers cross Shawshank restores the 1.85:1 ratio for the disc - as you say, Space Jam corrected that, although equally The Shining did not so it's not guaranteed.

What and the god were they thinking with that steelbook? Yeah the normal release isn't A+, but I actually kind of like it. Want to see the finished slip to see how it looks. Sometimes those look better. Title font could have possibly been a little bit worked on. But not a terrible cover IMO anyway. Not considering what is possible these days.

I would rather have The Green Mile than Shawshank Redemption. To The Green Mile is a much better movie. Shawshank was just alright, and it wasn't all that as people made it out to be. I've seen better!

Love Green Mile and certainly hope it gets a 4K release at some point too. But Shawshank is on another tier entirely.

Did anyone pre-order the standard 4K release at Best Buy? I'm trying to cancel it and go with the steelbook instead. But my pre-order already says "Getting it Ready" and the cancel button is greyed out. Strange since this is still 6+ weeks out.
