PS3 System Update - Blu-ray Forum

I don't know if this is a common problem or not, but I tried doing a system update a few months ago and it didn't work, gave me an error. I didn't think anything of it because the Blu-Ray disk I was trying to watch still played without the update. But now, I have "Walk Hard" and I can't watch the movie without the friggin update. I tried updating it with the disk itself and also thru the internet. Each time it downloads the update, then when it goes to install it, it says, "error" and gives me some numbers and letters code.

Anyone else had this problem or have a clue what the problem is? Any help would be appreciated.

type the error code into google and see what you come up with

Let me guess: Error 80010514? There are rumors about this Error all over the net.
