i read somewhere its a continuation of the game....

^ I think you don't even need to own the original to be able to DL Quest for Booty.

And I could be mistaken, but I believe it'll cost $15.

Finally got my PS3 back from Sony today! Already catching up on my older games, picked up Civ Rev finally! I blared The World is Not Enough and won an easy Domnation victory. Picking up R&C as a no brainer the day it's released, and picking up Wall*E for the troglodyte.

No, Quest for Booty is a standalone game and doesn't require that you have completed the Tools of Destruction game. For the storyline's sake however, you may want to finish Tools just so what happens in Quest makes sense and you're not spoiled story-wise as to how Tools finishes out
