Unread Private Message I can't find. - Blu-ray Forum

Hello,

A few mins ago, I received a PM from a member. I checked my PM's (Your Notifiations) but I can't find it. He sent me 2 PM's earlier today, but I can't find this "3rd" PM.

Also what's strange is the sender was not even online when this PM was sent to me a few mins ago.

Is there a way to fix this? I receive a lot of PM's, and I don't want to keep checking unless I have something legit in my PM Box.

As of a couple minutes ago, my Notifications as well as the PM listing at the top of the page suddenly said (and still do) that I have 1 unread PM, but my Inbox shows no such PM's.

How do I find this PM that never came through, or else how can I clear my notification and PM counter so they don't show this phantom unread PM?

Notifications STILL showing 1 unread PM that doesnt exist.

Does ANYONE know how I can reset it? I'm sick of looking for a PM that isn't there.

ok so clearly no one is bothering to reply here with an answer. But does anyone know then whom I should contact to figure out how to fix this? It's quite annoying!!

I had the same one unread message for the longest time, but I know it was not because I missed the PM. I think perhaps a glitch somewhere. I ended up deleting it.

Maybe it's due to not accepting read receipts......stab in the dark here.

Well, maybe nobody has an answer but the administrators and they have missed it

. There's a "Display Option" at the bottom of your inbox...what happens when you select/under "Read" - "unread messages" (leaving the other two boxes before that blank)?

a month now, and I still have this phantom PM keeping my notifications locked at 1 unread.
