Im looking at a dvd and it states "region free" and imported from the UK Is this a normal Blu Ray or what

It could be a normal blu-ray yes but be aware DVD and blu-ray are not the same thing.

No I know, I want a Blu ray, sorry. I just dont want spider man with an accent you know So its the same dvd that I would buy at best buy correct? Btw Im in the USA

It's exactly the same transfer, just from the UK so the cases will be a bit fatter. Go for it I say, a lot less expensive than getting it over here.

If it is region free, which I cannot confim, you should be okay. But why not buy it domestically instead?
