RIP Pete O'Herne - Blu-ray Forum

Pete O'Herne, my friend for 10 years, past away last night.

He will always be remembered for playing the role of 'Barry' in Bad Taste, the directorial debut of Peter Jackson.

He always enjoyed talking film, wrestling and motorcycles. A very approachable man who always connected with the Bad Taste fan base.

He will be missed greatly.

Petes funeral is tomorrow. In memory of him, everyone watch 'Bad Taste'

Peter Jackson was able to attend the funeral and gave a speech and showed a series of clips of Pete from throughout the years.

More sad news.. Clive Haywood, who played Third Class Aliens in Bad Taste, has also just passed away

Hi Kai-Gusto,

Pete was my brother. He is dearly missed and loved by a lot of people back home and those who loved the movie Bad Taste. I just read your note - thanks for the thought... Would be good to hear how you know my brother. He actually died on the evening of Dec 12 - it was all very sudden.
