Default Best Sci-Fi films on Blu-ray

So one of my favorite genres to get on Bluray has to be Science Fiction Films. They are just a match made in the space heavens... I would love to know some of your favorites to see if I am missing something I should add to my collection

Some of my owned favorites are as follows...

2001 a Space Odyssey
Alien/ Aliens
Avatar
Blade runner
District 9
The matrix trilogy
Moon
Oblivion
Planet of the apes (original films)
Prometheus *
Riddick series
Star Trek (pretty much all the original cast movies and series)
J.J Star Trek films
Star Wars (all of them + clone wars
Sunshine
THX1138
Tron Legacy

That is my top owned list so far. Would love some suggestions for film or overall picture quality

That Silent Running cover is awesome enough for me to order it on that basis alone! Looks fun.

I need to get some if these older titles...

I am still very curious to check out John Carter, I have just never found it at a cheap price point for a movie with such bad reviews. All in all though it does not take the most amazing sci Fi to suck me in. I even kind of enjoyed the new Christian Slater movie Stranded...
