Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone has never been released on 3D Blu-ray but the German Blu-ray edition from Koch does include a Japanese-subtitled anaglyph 3D version as an extra.

unfortunately the rights for home video distribution are with mill creek entertainment. chances of a blu ray 3d version from sony is very unlikely.

Mill Creek has allowed Shout Factory to release Mad Magician at some point so hopefully others like Spacehunter will follow...

If it can happen for that title, we can't entirely rule out the same happening for Spacehunter, however unlikely. Although in the case of Mad Magician, Sony had already done the heavy lifting and created a digital 3-D master.

Spacehunter has been one of my most sought-after titles for some time now, I've wanted to see this film in 3-D for many years.

I hadn't realised they mastered these titles together. I suppose that precludes my hope that they were slowly working their way through their 3-D library.

It's a shame that for the most part, these titles have just been languishing on Sony's hard-drive all these years. Would've made a helluva boxset back in the early days of 3D Blu-ray. Got the ball rolling.

At least they're finally coming out, but with Twilight Time's limited product runs, any success they experience may be a blip on the radar at best.

Dunno where that leaves Spacehunter, but with films like The Force Awakens and Guardians of the Galaxy hauling in hundreds of millions of dollars, it's not like the genre has fallen out of favor with audiences. With the budgets you guys work with, it need only reach a tiny fraction of that kind of audience to cover its costs.
