If the 4K doesn't have a slip, I'll also buy the 2D blu with slip. Will the trilogy have a slipcover?

I saw Death Cure in theatres 5x. Can't wait to own the blu.

True fans buy all the versions. I'm bummed I missed out on the Walmart 2-pack with slipbox.

I would buy that version, but it’s $50!

Wal-mart had it for $30 I'm pretty sure. I of course thought "I'll wait a week or two to get it" and it was sold out/removed. One Walmart also had them but with the spider wrap crushing the box so I tried to avoid that one.

Didn't see this in theaters but was wondering if they return to the Maze of the first one. I really like the first one just wish they did more in the Maze.

There's no Maze in the third film. But one of the characters is in a simulation where he's outside the maze for a minute or so.

Majority of the film takes place in a city where the WCKD headquarters are.

The one thing I took away from this final entry after seeing it twice was.....it was everything Mockingjay Part 2 should’ve been. Sure, the latter is emotional, as you’re more invested in the lead characters, but man, Death Cure blew it away with high energy action in the third act especially to close the story arc perfectly. By the end, I was pretty satisfied with the entire journey those kids went through.

I love the trilogy cover! Dylan O'Brien... I'm just praying it actually ends up having a slipcover. Fox did a really good job with the new Planet of the Apes trilogy set, though of course that series was far more successful than this one, so they might not put as much effort.

What annoys me about these trilogy sets in UHD is UK never gets it.
I own first 2 in steelbook form bluray but from what I hear the UHDs are not night and day difference. So unsure if I should get standard steelbook again for this.

Yeah, it would have been cool to have all that crazy action in the capitol in Mockingjay Part 2 but that’s not how the book is written. The same goes for The Death Cure, there’s no big city, no crazy action other than them escaping the maze again(yes, they go back to the maze in the book). The Death Cure is a great action movie, but a terrible adaptation while Mockingjay Part 2 is a great adaptation that was never meant to be a straight-up action movie.

Not a very impressive boast to claim that the ENTIRE TRILOGY made over $200 million at the U.S. box office.

They had to list something in their marketing bullet-points, no matter how flimsy it is when viewed under any kind of scrutiny.
