Sweet jesus, I changed my avatar again. That is twice in the same month. I had the same one for nearly two years before the last two avatars.

Yes, it is the same idea. I have no idea if that or my Mixamp is better than the other, but that should do just fine.

Yeah, ordering stuff late in the week does suck sometimes. Although if you do order it by sometime tomorrow morning, there is a chance for some odd reason that you could get it on Friday. They did that with at least one of my orders for either Fringe or The Vampire Diares. I got so many different orders for those two, I couldn't tell you which.

i was actually looking at getting this...

and a nice pair of headphones. i imagine this is a lot like what you got, correct?

i hate wanting to buy things near the end of the week, when it won't get here for a little extra longer because of freaking Sunday unless i order it by tomorrow and then i get it saturday with Prime

No, you can't connect them directly to your PS3. You could only use them for voice chatting if you did. You can't hear game/movie audio unless you connect them to your TV or something else.

I know this is an expensive route, but the way I went was I bought a pair of headphones from Guitar Center and then bought a Mixamp. What headphones I would recommend would depend on how much money you want to spend.

    Lol, dumb ass...

I'm guessing at first she didn't want to be friends with him because of The Father (the character's actual name after paying attention to the credits this time). I think you're right about the rest. That is why I said I think everything will go back to normal the next time I watch it.

Maybe if somebody never told me that, I wouldn't have thought of it. It's all good. I still think as highly of the film as I did before. Thinking about it did tie up some things, like that picture, that totally went right passed me the first time.

"Do you want to go steady?"

looking at getting a new pair of headphones again

i might just be over tired, but do you think i can use head phones regulated as "gaming" headphones just as regular headphones? i'm trying to find a good pair of 5.1 surround sound headphones (since i can't really get a HT to use well enough in my apartment) so i can actually hear the great audio on my blus, but don't know if these will connect right to my ps3 or no. and then, do i still need a receiver? or no?

and showing how over tired i am, at work i was adding 2+2+1+1 and kept getting "7" as an answer

it does certainly make the film have a bit of a different feel with that way of thinking. although, i tend to think that that's what she originally was planning for Owen (to replace the old guy and just pretend to like him) and then she just ended up actually liking him.

that's how i tend to think of it. but forgot that the last time i watched it and just thought they were two with a very great bond. which also works. still one of my favorite relationships / couple in all of film

I just got done watching Let Me In again. I think your friend that said Abby could have been using Owen was onto something, but wasn't quite right. When Owen goes into Abby's room and sees the pictures of Abby and another kid, I have a feeling that kid was the Father character when he was a lot younger of course. I didn't catch that on the first viewing. He just recently died, so that would be a reason why they were out. It's not like she would have went off with another kid. Even so, I still think she loves Owen.

Having that in the back of my mind changed the film for me a little on this viewing, but nothing that would change my impression of the quality of the film and I don't think it will matter at all on the next viewing.

I'll argue with them until they do it if they want to go that route, especially since I probably have my copy sold already. There's nothing in the ad that says you can't combine their offer with another, so they can talk out their ass all they want.

Makes sense. I was going to go that route until I saw the deal posted. Like I said, I figure I might as well since I'll be making a profit in the end after the deal and selling my copy.

Yep. I was happy to pretty much break even. Now I'm pretty content with my collection at the moment. That's your call on that one, btw. It's not worth the drive down to Best Buy for me to do that.

I think you'll survive. Just buy like 14 more so you are well stocked...

be careful. BB is known for being ridiculously stupid when it comes to coupons and whatnot. so maybe be prepared for a fight come tuesday morning

i already have Cars, and don't need the dvd. and don't need the movie cash since i won't be seeing it in theaters (and will likely just buy it day 1 with a coupon even though i have absolutely no ambition to see it since i founds Cars "meh" at best) so i will just pick up The Incredibles for about $10 (10 coupon and $5 RZ ).

sold AIW for $14 eh? good deal i should almost just buy a bunch of Disney titles day 1 with coupons at different stores and then sell them months later when fools who show up late want a copy cheaper than the $30 / $25 standard price

i have to cut back on my blu spending. gotta save for a car and find a new apartment soon, hopefully i have a year to prepare, but still. time to save. boring lol
