Yeah, worth a try, I would be if I had a gaming PC since the KS8000 has pretty low input lag in Game Mode.

I think the HDR in general got a boost too, from what I was reading about 1220, so this TV is still really kicking ass 2 years on.

I wish I was using my KS8000 for games! I'm a PC gamer so I'm just using my same old 1440p monitor I had before. I might hook my PC up to my KS8000 for some controller games at some point though, like Arkham Knight.

Yo, man! I know you got back into gaming like crazy and have the KS8000 too. I got the 1220 firmware update for it the other day, and it finally made it so Game Mode has separate profiles for SDR and HDR now, like Movie Mode etc always had.

I always thought it was no big deal, but now I don't need to keep it at a sweet spot for both SDR/HDR or ever change it when switching between them. Can finally open the exhaust a little and it's like a revelation all over again. Feels like I just got a new TV haha.

Been playing HDR heavy PS4 Pro stuff like God of War, Infamous Second Son, Ratchet & Clank Remake, Wipeout Omega Collection etc everything looks insane.
