    Hi Takuma.

My name is Stéphane. I live in France.

I read your reviews of Nishimura's films on the site Bullets n babes. That's why I come to you.

I was watching Target of Roses the other day.
The film has its moments. But I had the feeling that some shots could have been provided by Tai Katô. It has to do with the framework and some particularily low angles.

Then comes the scene when Hino shoots down Nomura. Bullets impacts make waves overwhelming the body lying down in the river. This is shot from below the surface. I have never noticed such shots in any other films than Katô's. And I know he had specially designed a waterproof box.

Nevertheless, Il couldn't find any data that confirms nor disproves my feelings..

I was wondering if you could be of any help since I was told you were living in Japan.

I sincerely hope that I won't be too much of a bother.

Thank you in advance and keep your reviews going.

    Stéphane
