Steve, could you please read and reply to my customer service issue in your PMs? You did not reply to my emails, did not reply to my Facebook messages, then when I emailed you through Amazon you asked me to message you here. I have done so almost 3 weeks ago yet my message is unread. This is becoming very frustrating.
