Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that I'm not ignoring you and I fully intend to respond in the thread (as well as share the actual essay for you to read!)

I have a lot to say and I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to long form discussion. It takes me a long time to fully formulate things and I end up rewriting everything multiple times. That this is a debate primarily concerned with definitions and language it's twice as hard for me. I want to be clear and concise but at the same time I end up rambling incoherently. It's why I was never able to finish that damn book I tried to write ten years ago!

I hope it goes without saying that there's no hard feelings either...
