I've always been one to prefer to have a physical copy. If only for the fact that I know I will always have it.
The only thing I don't like about going all digital is that we are at the mercy of the content providers.
If it's in the cloud then it can get pulled at any time and we are screwed. If it's download then it's good until your HDD fails or you decide to upgrade then again it all depends on if the servers still have the content available.
I'm looking at platforms like OnLive that offered cloud based gaming. A lot of people paid to buy games on there and it went bust, so everything they paid to "own" was gone just like that. And more recently P.T. being removed from PSN servers.
It's not that I wouldn't like to go all digital, I just don't have faith in companies to have the content I paid for there for life as and when I want it.
