I have gone through the setup of the router numerous times and have even changed the standard antennas with Hi-gain antennas. I am out of ideas and now think the problem is the PS3.(I have had 2 PS3's and both were the same) My Xbox 360 is about a foot away and has NO issues with the wireless network and I can only think it has something to do with MS's wireless network adaptor. Thank you for any help.

Our router is on the main floor and one of the PS3's is in the basement .. we get about 40% signal strength. Warhawk and RFOM are lag free...it behaves the same as the PS3 on the main floor which has a 85-90% signal strength. Looks to me like you have configuration issues but I'm not enough of an expert to help you out.
