Even 720p is almost wasted unless you have a screen of 17". As long as it outputs at 1080p to an external TV, then all is not lost. Easy to take to friends homes without blu-ray and blow them away. 
The chip set just hasn't shrunk enough yet. |
I was thinking more like a portable Blu-ray player with bulit-in Sony
11" OLED TV.
(which I saw at the Sony store... and it looked amazing hooked up to a stand-alone
Blu-ray player, even if it was only 11")
