Also, TCL and Vizio are releasing new models at that price range and size in a few months which IMO might be worth waiting for given the improvements (more dimming zones for TCL, better processing for Vizio).

I would not recommend a Samsung and definitely not a Sharp.

Thanks was looking at the tcl 6 series.so they are not too bad of a tv?
