Impossible.
ALSO, the Back Guy (Kang) defends the "sacred timeline" and manages to make it "SECURED"/SEALED from any attempt to being visited by interdimensional counterparts.
So that means that Alligator Loki cannot jump into the MCU universe. Indeed... he was STOLEN LOL. Bad writing.
ALSO, that wasn't the original premise of the first episodes. As simple as that, this show has no internal continuity or logic, it contradicts itself and its rules.

Yes there are trillions of other universes (more in fact, infinite amounts). In those trillions of universes are trillions of TVAs. In those trillions of TVAs are trillions of employees.
They have cut all of those universes and TVAs down to one.
Every timeline gets cut, and ends up at the end of time (which is where all the alternate Lokis were and eventually eaten by a big cloud monster). Alligator Loki never made it into the MCU sacred timeline, he and his entire universe were thrown to the end of time, and everything except for him was eaten by a big cloud.
You keep saying it's bad writing, but you're the only person who doesn't get how this is all happening.
