Yes, but that won't happen for the metal slip. There was never a remastered version in metal slip form. The case inside is the original release and features the 2009 art. Only the disc would be different if the owner had gone through the exchange program. From what I've seen the releases are as following:
Metal Slip: Original release
Slipcover: Original release
Slipcover with Pocket-Blu logo: Remastered release
Double pack with Robin Hood: Remastered release
