He said it will likely mirror the LOTR pattern of being out before the next film, which is fine for the gap between AUJ and DoS but it means the seven month gap between DoS and TaBA will have to include two different blu-ray releases. I'm guessing theatrical of DoS at the end of April 2014, Extended at the end of June 2014 (ready for TaBA on July 18th)
