The latest ratings I've seen from consumer reports show the following 37" LCDs as the top 3:
LG 37LB5D
Olevia 537H
Insignia NS-LCD37
The LG is a pretty big jump in price over the Olevia and Insignia as it's a 1080p model, but with a 37" screen you shouldn't be able to tell much difference for the price (just from a resolution standpoint). Hope this helps.
