[Show spoiler]The 3 Kryptonians that fought gladiator style in Smallville in Man of Steel without really hurting each other all either had to duck when they got shot at or get annoyed by it. The missile they fired at Faora knocked her out which surprised me a bit but that may have had something to do with her reaction to Earth's atmosphere.
