I'll have to watch it again. I think Tomater (the tow truck) is a love or hate character. Especially in Cars 2 where he was the main character.

Good way to look at it. They may have set their new talent to work on it, or secondary crew. The animation, look was great, though the story has room for improvement compared to their other movies. Cars 2 feels more like a spin off movie.

They hit the nail on the head with the look of the small town and the mountains and ranges outside of town. Yes, hopefully they've taken note of the 3D forums online, and cranked up the 3D compared to their prior, more mild 3D efforts.
