It's a clear mistake on their part. I am fine with the order being shipped but why do they have to remove the $10 coupon and charge the full amount and why not respond to my queries.

The worst part is their Contact Us page has been reporting a validation error (bug) since the past 1 month despite filling the form properly which makes it impossible for customers to contact them. The only other option available to contact them is via email (to which they haven't responded) or Fax.
