My first bad experience with play-asia

So you mean to say that duly removing the $10 coupon from the order but forgetting to cancel the order was right ? How is this possible ?

It's a clear mistake on their part. I am fine with the order being shipped but why do they have to remove the $10 coupon and charge the full amount and why not respond to my queries.

The worst part is their Contact Us page has been reporting a validation error (bug) since the past 1 month despite filling the form properly which makes it impossible for customers to contact them. The only other option available to contact them is via email (to which they haven't responded) or Fax.

Play-Asia has terrible CS..

There was a 90 minute time gap between receiving the cancellation email and the order shipped email. It's quite unusual for some X person to remove the $10 coupon but forgetting to cancel the order.

Aforementioned I have zero issues with the order being shipped but why I was being charged twice and why there is zero reply from the CS still remains a mystery.

never imported from play-asia due to their prices and shipping costs but there are so many video games i want that will not come to america so its almost like i have no choice. i wish all video games came to america but only half of them make it to the states
