I have the Spanish Blu-ray set which contains only the TV movies, including The Sign of Four. This set:

(I don't speak Spanish, but it was the only Blu-ray available when I bought it - there's an English language option)

Does anyone else own this version? I only ask because I'm finding that the colours are overly bright, particularly the reds. The film grain has also been rendered almost invisible.

Alternatively, is this TV movie available on Blu-ray but with a more accurate and less 'enhanced' colour rendition with no grain removal?
I had all the Spanish releases for a time (technically they are bootlegs, Spain has some funny laws allowing them to release content on disc without permission from the copyright owner so they took the Japanese discs and created their own release) the quality was good but they were quite heavily compressed with lossy audio and no extars.

When the German set was released a few years later I sold them and upgraded to that, had more discs so higher bitrate per episode which helped improve the picture quality, it had lossless audio and extras but it still had the same issues that affected the previous Japanese, Spanish and US discs as they are all based off the same transfers...

"The Sign of Four" - the day for night shots don't have the night time filter applied resulting in some very odd looking shots where the intention was for them to be in darkness but instead of clearly visible
"The Three Gables" - it is an SD upscale presumably because the film could not be located so of much lower quality than the rest of the series, is in a different aspect ratio to the rest and the framerate is slightly off due to the conversion
