PS3/Blu-ray problem... - Blu-ray Forum

ok... i searched the forum and couldnt find anything on this, so forgive me if there is...

has anyone else had any problems with new release blu-rays not working in the ps3? fast & furious and last house on the left both did the same thing to me. i put them in the system and they either wont load or a box will pop up that says empty data disc or something of the sort. anyone else getting this or know a solution? its not all of the new releases. all of my other movies work great, but only these 2 do it..

I'm guessing your PS3 has the latest firmware?

Are you using the Blu-ray or the digital copy?

Are you online while you are attempting to play these movies? My friend had this problem, wasn't online and could not play some discs.
