pretty much all US sites will take 7-10 days arrive with the default cheap shipping.

found amazon the cheapest of the three so far. but keep an eye on deepdiscount from the end of the November. the past 3 years they done a buy 1 get 1 free on Fox Sony MGM boxsets. and some other good deals.
