Anyone find Wings of Desire? - Blu-ray Forum

Did anyone manage to find any copies of Wings of Desire? I checked FutureShop, Best Buy and HMV ( who usually always carries Criterion releases ) didn't have any.

The girl I talked to at FutureShop said that Criterion didn't send out any copies to the Winnipeg Stores.

I almost never saw any Criterions at FS,Best Buy or HMV.... some exceptions like Last Emperor or Last Metro but that's it....

The FutureShop(s) and Best Buy(s) usually have them in stock.

It seems that HMV is a big supporter of Criterion DVD's and Blu-Rays, but they didn't have Wings of Desire.

I didn't bother checking Chapters, Indigo or McNalley Robertson, they only carried the Criterion DVD's

This is another title were Canada got short shipped. We only got half of our shipment on this title. It was released on time.

I rarely seen Criterion editions at Best Buy, but last week there were several copies of Wings of Desire in my local Best Buy. I got mine on a 10% off BD sale day.

I found this fine at HMV so not really in here to be on topic I guess and by now guessing people have had more luck. But since this got bumped I figured instead of making a new thread I might as well ask in here since in Criterion related lack of luck I have had no luck with Gomorrah so has anybody found that in Canada.... particularly in Calgary?
