Genuinely no idea who this movie is meant to appeal to lol. Any kids wanting to see a LEGO movie do not care about Pharrell and his life and the 90s hip-hop scene, and any older person who would be interested in a documentary about that subject probably does not want it to be inexplicably conveyed through LEGOs

I watched it last night and left still having this exact question. This is definitely not a kids movie, heck I’d barely call it a movie at all. They even say that themselves at one point (“…this movie, or whatever this is”).
