Default HD TVs 60 fps and 120 fps? Help!

i am stupid when it comes to this stuff, but i just got a LG tv,, its 60 fps, there is another style thats 120 fps, which is 300 bucks more.. is it worth getting the one thats more expensive? or stay with the 60 fps.

when i watch some programs when things move really fast etc, i see a lil pixel action going on for about a second then goes back to normal. Now the 120 fps tv,, you wont get that? or not nessesaraly?
