Default Help with Panasonic DMP-BD60K...

So I've been using this Blu-Ray player for a couple months now. I put in the Inglourious Basterds Blu-Ray and it goes through the menu and everything, but when the movie is supposed to start, it just sits on a black screen. I can't press any buttons except stop. I tried it a second time and it still wouldn't work. So I went online and downloaded the latest firmware, burned it, and put it in. After "updating," my Blu-Ray player opened up and said UPD NG. Afterwards, the player just keeps opening and closing saying "Insert Disc" and won't even turn off unless I unplug it. After reading a little bit, I found at that it was a problem that I burned it with Windows Vista. So then I burned it with my friend's computer (which is on Windows XP), but the exact same thing happened. It just keeps opening and closing and it won't let me play any movies. What should I do? Thanks.
