Is this a new release of the BR or is the same verison rated 3.8 on this page?, I like this movie but I dont want to buy with the grainy PQ, also I have it today in my Quick Picks

DO NOT buy this crappy transfer. It's the one movie I wish I hadn't purchased on Blu.

No, it has the same disc but different cover. OOP has the silver logo and Re-Releases doesn't have silver logo.

I like the movie, but I have only heard negatives things about the PQ. I will have to pass on this one.

i bought it because i enjoyed the movie. and walmart has them already for 20 bucks. i bought my while back..

well, if you have the DVD version then keep it. if you are like me and didnt have it, then just buy the blu ray. its only 20 bucks even cheaper in some places

The remake was a passable movie,, but what I really want to know is: when will Paramount release the 1969 original? IMHO, it was a much more enjoyable movie.

I saw it at Walmart tonight, but didn't buy it. I'll be heading back there in the morning to get NT2 for $14.96 (after $10 off coupon)
